multi media CD ROM manual will perform well on a Windows 98 machine.
It contains over fifty illustrative images and video clips to aid the coach with the use of the text manual. The manual has hypertext links to illustrative video clips and relevant web page based documentation. This is a useful analytical tool for the athlete and coach!

Installing the CD
to the Hard Drive
Although, the manual will run from the CD, by accessing the "manual" Word file. I suggest that you transfer all files to your hard drive.
To do this:
1: Place the CD in a CD ROM drive
2: Go to start and select Run
3: Browse until you find the CD ROM drive that has the CD ROM manual in it.
4: Select <all file types> at the bottom file type window.
5: Select all the files and right click to copy the files to memory
6: Move your arrow to the desktop and paste
7: Select either the manual Word file of the Internet Explorer HTML file
8. Read the manual and click on the hyper links to see illustrative clips or images
9. Once a clip is in the Windows Media Player you may play the clip or pause the clip to
